Subject

One topic per email

Limit yourself to one topic per email. 

This makes it easier for the receiver to answer.

Change Subject when subject changes

You are required to change the Subject field of your reply when the topic of your conversation changes.

For example, if a client asks for new project development replying to your email with the subject “Report for October”, you should change the subject, which reflects new topic, e.g. “New project development”.
